We use Contact Information that we collect generally to pursue our mission and operations. Specifically, we may use the information to: respond to your inquiries, event or program registration, help you rent a meeting room, verify your account and account activities, display member information on the Site, keep in touch with you via our newsletter, contact you when you express interest in any of the coworking services we provide, and to keep track of and market to potential members.
SHARING OF INFORMATION
We may use third party vendors to help us operate our Site and to collect and analyze information.
We may share this Device and Contact Information with these third party vendors under contract with us. The Center has a records retention policy in place for managing the retention and destruction of records. When you apply for membership through the Site, request room rental or otherwise communicate with us, we will maintain your Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
When you request to receive copies of our newsletter, we will maintain your information for our records unless and until you ask us to remove from our newsletter distribution list.
