Join our all-star men’s panel as we celebrate Men’s Health Month.
We’re committed to sharing with you our unique approach to building the balanced male for a healthier humanity!
This Interactive Experience will include:

– Breath work and primal movement for enhanced power and drive
– The Tao of masculine sexuality
Panelists Include:
John Schott – Establishing himself as one of South Floridaβs most groundbreaking and pioneering leaders in the health field, John set himself aside from the pack with the opening of his restaurant and retail space, Lifefood Gourmet, South Florida’s first gourmet whole food restaurant. His health services have touched the lives of high profile celebrities, athletes, and executives. John leads workshops and detox retreats in Florida, New York City, and South America. He has attained certifications such as Iridologist from NY Center for Iridology based on Bernard Jensen Iridology, Lifefood Culinary Chef & Phoenix Fastician from Jubbβs Longevity Live Food Culinary Chef from NYC. His knowledge of and experience with detoxification, nutritional cleansing, wellness & lifestyle coaching has led him to create a model evolving from a decade of apprenticeship, self study, and hands-on application with hundreds of clients.
Brian Lemmerman – Brian helps people consciously create their life purpose so they can passionately live the lives they want. He offers Mindfulness trainings to professionals through his company, Inner Sensei, and he teaches the Mind-Body Meditation course at Barry University, where graduating college students receive clarity on their life path. He currently consults nonprofits and social ventures at The Center for Social Change on marketing and mindfulness so Miami’s community leaders can increase their social impact by nurturing their personal and organizational well-being. In former years, Brian was a founding partner in a successful advertising agency, the lead social media trainer for several large companies, and worked as an urban planner, designing cities in the United States, South America, and Asia. Drawing and flute-playing are some of his hidden talents.
Anthony Guadamuz – AP Integrative Medicine Physician, NCCAOM board certified as an Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine specialist. Anthony attended AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine, and is now conducting research for a clinical specialty Doctorate in Internal Medicine. Currently he practices in Miami, specializing in Pain and associated eco-psychosocial phenomenon, Men’s & Women’s Health, and Family Medicine. As a primary care provider Dr. Guadamuz offers natural, safe, and effective treatments avoiding the harmful side effects of other methods. His mission is to help others optimize themselves, as part of the ultimate pursuit of optimizing himself.
Hamad Shirazi – M.S.Ed, CPT, HLC. Hamad Shirazi is a Holistic Health Practitioner specializing in strength and performance. Hamad holds a B.S. Ed. in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Georgia and a M.S. Ed. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami. Additionally, he is certified by the ACSM as a Personal Trainer and trained at the C.H.E.K Institute as a Holistic Lifestyle, Nutrition, and Exercise Coach. Hamadβs breadth of experience spans multiple professional certifications, as well as leadership roles within wellness and fitness businesses across Miami, Florida. He relies on a holistic, comprehensive system for training that balances wellness, fitness, and athletics to optimize strength and performance. Hamad prioritizes mind, body, and spiritual wellness with the goal of encouraging a healthy integration of these domains into our lives.
