Liza Pitsirilos is a Mindful Movement Enthusiast and President of Movement of Life Consulting
which coaches and trains leaders in the private and public sector on how to use mindful movement as a gateway for enhanced wellbeing, interpersonal relationship-building, problem solving and leadership. With over 15 years of experience in somatic and psychotherapeutic use of movement her programs have reached over 40,000 people to promote the integration of their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing.
Additionally, Liza organizes pop up dance events such as “Dance Now, Think Later” which transform public and private spaces in major cities into impromptu dance activation centers for community connection, fundraising and enhanced brand engagement for companies.
