Gratitude Vegan Potluck and Belly Love Event

Join us this Wednesday, Nov. 16th from 6:30 – 8:30PM at the Center for Social Change for a very special GRATITUDE edition of the Greater Miami Holistic Chamber of Commerce’s monthly event.

FEATURING: A vegan, organic, natural, and non-GMO potluck. Bring your own favorite holistic dish, beverage, and/or side. Come prepared to share your recipe and indulge!

HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE: Please bring a non-perishable food item to the event to be donated in partnership with C4SC.

Enjoy the sounds and music of Patricia Olaniel, Holistic Singer and Songwriter. Plus Patricia Black – Body love coach, Holistic nutritionist, and Desire coach – joins us with her signature talk “Love Your Belly – Find Your Sexy! How to tune into your belly for power, intuition, energy, and weight loss.”

Most people in the western world hide their stomachs. We have been sold the idea that a flat, 6-pack tummy is the only worthy goal when it comes to this part of our bodies. What if we could start to look at this part of the body from a deeper perspective? As the center of our body and our being. As the place where we can connect to our own power and intuition. And as the internal “oven” that is home to our digestion, our immune system, and the foundation of our health. The belly is the soul center from which we create our lives.

Patricia Black is the founder of FoodSexandGod.com. She has done extensive coach training from Core Dynamics to NLP, is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City, has studied various healing modalities, and is a certified Shiatsu bodywork practitioner.

ENTRANCE: Free with donation of food item(s), otherwise tickets are $5.00 for HCC members; $10.00 for non-Members

Event Location + Transit/Parking Logistics:
Please note our C4SC co-working and events space is located right off of Coral Way (above the Xixon restaurant). If you’re traveling via mass transit, the Coconut Grove and Vizcaya Metro stops are nearby, and there’s a City of Miami Trolley/Bus Line that stops right before the building (outside Monserrate Restaurant). If you have a car, park for FREE at the Our Lady of Lebanon Roman Catholic Church down the street from C4SC. The Church’s address is: 2055 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33145. There’s also some free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, metered spaces adjacent to our building payable with the Pay-by-Phone app, or you can always pay for a space in the building garage (using valet or the machine inside). Bicycles are always welcome, and carpooling is encouraged!
