Introduction to the Self Discovery Life Mastery Process

In this introductory mini-workshop, you will learn strategies and techniques through increased self awareness to manage belief systems, mind and emotion, and have greater mastery over your life as deliberate creator of your experience.
Topics of exploration include:
Mechanics of awareness and consciousness
Understanding the “shadow self”
Understanding the relationship between limitations and empowerment

Event Location + Transit/Parking Logistics:
Please note our C4SC co-working and events space is located right off of Coral Way (above the Xixon restaurant). If you’re traveling via mass transit, the Coconut Grove and Vizcaya Metro stops are nearby, and there’s a City of Miami Trolley/Bus Line that stops right before the building (outside Monserrate Restaurant). If you have a car, park for FREE at the Our Lady of Lebanon Roman Catholic Church down the street from C4SC. The Church’s address is: 2055 Coral Way, Miami, FL 33145. There’s also some free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, metered spaces adjacent to our building payable with the Pay-by-Phone app, or you can always pay for a space in the building garage (using valet or the machine inside). Bicycles are always welcome, and carpooling is encouraged!
