Org Toolkit: Personalities in the Workplace
June 5, 2018 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm UTC+0
$10
This talk will introduce participants to the Enneagram personality system, a highly effective tool for improving leadership development, communication, team building and work performance. Come and join this talk and learn about your leadership style, how to leverage your strengths and better manage your natural blind-spots!
Oneβs leadership style and work performance is largely determined by oneβs core personality style including certain strengths and weaknesses. These blind-spots often undermine oneβs best efforts to change, lead and work at high performance levels. The Enneagram is completely unique in that it provides an actual roadmap to successfully navigate the change process, including making positive shifts in oneβs behavior, thoughts and belief system.
