-Tips to maximize & maintain current donors

-Tools for building lifetime loyalty

About the speaker:

Instructor DeAnn Hazey is a CFRE, a Certified Fundraising Executive, and is the Executive Director The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of South Florida, comprising Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe Counties. Ms. Hazey has directed nonprofits and successfully executed fundraising campaigns for more than 25 years for organizations including 4KIDS of South Florida, Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County, National Association of College Stores Foundation, The Cleveland Orchestra, TRW, and the American Heart Association. She also managed her own fundraising consulting company, Innovative Resources, for nine years. She currently serves on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Broward/Fort Lauderdale Chapter, and is the incoming 2019 Chair.

This session is brought to our chamber nonprofit industry group in partnership with the Sanford Institute of Philanthropy at National Leadership Institute.

The Center for Social Change is located on the corner of Coral Way and SW 21st Avenue in the offices above Xixon restaurant, on the second floor.

If you’re traveling by car: There are metered spaces on Floor 2A of the parking garage attached to 2103 Coral Way. Floor 2A also has disabled permit parking and electric vehicle recharging stations. Cash, Park Jockey, and Pay-by-Phone are all accepted.

There is also metered parking adjacent to the building payable with Pay-by-Phone and there is some free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood, especially south of Coral Way. Be sure to observe “Residents Only” and “No Parking” areas.

If you’re traveling via mass transit: Miami-Dade Bus #24 and the free City of Miami Coral Way Trolley both stop just around the corner from the building. Both bus lines connect to the Vizcaya Metrorail Station at Coral Way and SW 12th Ave.

If you’re traveling by bike: Bicycle racks can be found along the sidewalk in front of the building and in the garage.
