Wellness for Social Change: The Science of Happiness
July 12, 2016 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm UTC-4

Positive psychology is the science of happiness and human flourishing. What does this science tell us about what happiness is made of? How can we become happier?
You’re invited to join us for our July 2016 ‘Wellness for Social Change’ Lunch & Learn – a FREE, BYO lunch event – featuring Melissa Blundell Osorio. She’ll be sharing how positivity, relationships, meaning, and achievement play into our levels of happiness. Come find out what research has shown about what helps us live flourishing lives, and learn positive psychology-based tools you can use to keep yourself happy and thriving.
