Vision: Project Phoenix seeks to engage, empower, and educate inner city youths. Our charter is to connect to young people in a meaningful way to encourage and nurture their dreams.

Mission: Project Phoenix will focus on the long term growth and development of inner city youths through mobilizing three objectives. We will engage young minds to expose them to diverse opportunities and resources. We will empower young people to make positive decisions about their future. We will educate future leaders to become pillars of their communities.

Our Leadership: Project Phoenix was founded by an African American woman born and raised in Liberty City, Lagina Smith. Lagina's passion to create the change that she'd like to see in the world was the inspiration for founding Project Phoenix.

Our objective is very simplistic. Find young people living in under resourced communities. Connect them to people that can provide insights about their journey to adulthood. Raise funds to support scholarships and learning opportunities. Provide an authentic and tangible pathway to success.
