The Center for Social Change (C4SC) is a home and hub for some of Miami’s nonprofit organizations and social entrepreneurs. In addition to our coworking space and our private offices, we also offer event space that welcomes events as diverse as our members. C4SC has three floors of unique spaces —perfect for board meetings, team meetings, retreats, fundraisers, social events, classes and more.
Our event space is flexible enough to suit your event.
Our space can accommodate anything from movie screenings, board retreats, fundraising events, yoga classes, meditation retreats and so much more.

- Member Rate: $40 hourly / $200 daily
- Nonmember rate: $70 hourly*
- *2-hour minimum is requested

Main Spaces

The Center for Social Change is an executive suite located in the heart of Miami. It has been my non-profit organization’s go-to place to hold meetings. The staff is very accommodating and has always met my needs. The offices are updated and designed to promote innovation. The prices are reasonable. If you need occasional office space or just a few hours on a regular basis, I recommend the Center for Social Change.

Members
- *These rates apply to members after monthly conference room credit has been used. Members receive 8 hours of credit/month for conference room usage. The credit is based on pricing of the large conference room at $40/hr for a total of $320/mo credit.
- Member pricing includes: access to coffee, tea, and filtered water for guests.
- If you are an Ally and interested in reservations, please contact us for pricing. Pricing is dependent on level of staff support needed.

Non-members
- Prices are all inclusive: trash take-out, clean up, setup/breakdown support, IT/tech, and after hours/weekend access.
