Learn about Salesforce’s donation program and how your organization can use the platform to track donors, programs, and volunteers.
COVID-19 has shifted the focus of all companies. Nonprofits are no different. For some it is how to continue to fulfill their mission while still following CDC guidelines, for some it is reevaluating the budget to anticipate decreased funding due to increased unemployment, or how to handle the increase in need for services.
Take the time to step back and look at how you can become more efficient with technology with Sarah Epting, Founder of Technopath. If you are struggling to keep track of loads of giant spreadsheets, searching through emails to find key conversations with constituents, or feel like your technology tools are confusing and cumbersome, this workshop is for you.
In this session learn how to use Salesforce for:
• Donation Tracking and Acknowledgement
• Portfolio management and major donation engagement
• Grant Tracking and reporting
• Summary of other features like program management, volunteer management, email integration and outcome measurement.
Join us virtually on Thursday, September 24th!
About the presenter:
Sarah Epting leverages her knowledge of the hurdles nonprofits often face with over ten years of nonprofit management and five years of specialized Salesforce Administrator experience. Upon graduating from Georgia State University as an MPA in nonprofit management, she has dedicated herself to aiding nonprofits in their growth with the help of technology.
In her roles at various organizations, she often encountered the same issue. Nonprofits frequently stretch their resources thin and fail to take advantage of the available technology to organize their internal systems and improve fundraising and programmatic efforts. Sarah, founded Technopath to address the gaps in the nonprofit industry, leveraging her Salesforce expertise and experience to help nonprofits further their mission.
Sarah holds 6 Salesforce certifications and is an experienced speaker, having presented at both nonprofit conventions and Salesforce events.
