Tai Chi & Qigong

This edition of the Movement Series is provided by Body & Brain. Their instructor Sandra Scheer, a Tai Chi master for 8+ years, will help participants “connect deeply to their body as well as their Life Force Energy also known as “Chi“. Through different stretches and martial arts poses, the mind naturally starts to relax, and brain waves start to slow down as we guide members into a dynamic meditation.”
Body & Brain’s style of Tai Chi started in Korea nearly 40 year ago and has spread to over 10 countries (with over 100 centers in the United States and over 700 centers worldwide). Their goal is to share and spread the natural energy principles of healing for people to live healthy, happy, and peaceful lives.
